Our Client is a one of the leading players in the Luxury category. They have an established presence globally and they are now seeking a Supply Chain Continuous Improvement Manager to lead the continuous improvement team.
Reporting to the Supply Chain Director, you will manage a small team and will spearhead the Supply Chain roadmap as this is a newly created role. You will build the layout of the overall continuous improvement strategy for the APAC region. The core responsibilities would include warehouse performance improvement, supply chain process standardization, channel optimization, project management and etc. Finally, being a people manager, you will also be responsible for the development of your people.
You are degree qualified with at least 8 years of relevant supply chain continuous improvement experience
in Retail MNC environment and have some understanding of luxury goods. You have excellent project management skills and able to work on multiple projects concurrently. You should be organized with strong communication skills and have regional exposure. French speaking candidates are highly desirable as there is a need to communicate with counterparts in France frequently. To excel in this role, you would be associated with the following traits: Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment, out of the box thinker, commercial mindset and high level of commitment.
