We are proud to partner with a progressive start-up financial services organisation which is at an exciting stage of growth and change. With solid financial fundamentals and strong emphasis on people agenda, there is the need to identify a Head of People & Culture to be based in its regional office in Singapore.
This highly visible and critical leadership role will involve setting up, overseeing and driving HR best practices and a defined talent strategy across Asia. A strategic yet hands-on mandate, the role will be managing a small team and is fully responsible for all aspects of HR. The broad remit will require your focus around building and developing a strong team and HR capability in a demanding, ever-changing environment. Great results, high calibre people and a solid foundation to build on make this a very attractive opportunity with a lot of potential.
The ideal candidate must be degree qualified and have at least 10 years’ experience having ideally held HR leadership roles in the past with a blend of established blue chip company experience along with some smaller and perhaps more entrepreneurial experience. Exposure to startups, consulting or financial services would be highly preferred and you should able to navigate in ambiguous, fast paced and performance driven environments. Agile thinking and strong relationship building skills will be critical. Knowing what great HR looks like is important, as is being able to work efficiently in a very fast paced customer centric environment.
