An exciting opportunity has come up for an experienced Marketing Communications professional to join an asset management firm’s real estate business. This is an Assistant Manager position with exposure to senior stakeholders and ownership of the Marketing Communications portfolio.

Responsibilities
Reporting to the Head of Marketing and in partnership with the wider specialist marketing team members, you will develop and drive the business’s annual marketing communication plans. You will have the opportunity to be creative and own the marketing campaign end to end including conceptualization, liaising with marketing agencies and vendors, deployment, measurement, and optimization.

Requirements
You have a bachelor’s degree or higher in relevant marketing or business programs, and a minimum of 5 years of marketing experience with some time spent in a commercial mall environment. To liaise effectively with stakeholders, you are a strong and confident communicator with good stakeholder management.
