Our client is an agile and fast-growing global cloud-based SaaS hospitality management software company. Having established a significant global footprint with over 650 hotels (from 4- and 5-star hotel chains to luxury boutique hotels), they now have plans to expand in APAC. This is a role with high level of funding, where the individual would be provided with the autonomy to scale the business.
Reporting to the Regional General Manager, you will spearhead the growth of the regional business by identifying and converting new strategic prospects. You will be involved in all stages of pipeline development, from developing strategic business plans to using strategic selling approaches to target and penetrate key accounts. You will be provided with existing corporate accounts to grow, and significant business leads to convert, whilst learning the ropes.
The successful incumbent will have over 12 years’ business development experience, with a strong network with hotel owners, brand owner, or franchisees in Asia. Former General Manager of hotels, or users of hospitality tech platform may be considered for this position. You are described as highly driven and independent, and would possess strong interpersonal skills to understand the cultural nuances in the region.
