Our client is a premium global consulting firm with a long and illustrious history, renowned for their robust learning methodology and research in Organisational Development. The firm is seeking an accomplished and experienced leader to further elevate the capability of their already impressive consulting and delivery team.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the regional Managing Director, you lead the strategy and management of the consulting, associates, and operations teams. You are key in ensuring that the design and delivery of programmes are in its finest standard and relevance, continuously impressing clients. In addition, you will oversee the creation of new solutions IP with the wider organisation. You will also be an important partner and subject matter leader to the business development team and clients.

Requirements

You will be an experienced leader and degree-qualified, with a flair in designing and facilitating outstanding organisational development or leadership development programmes. You are described as a highly consultative leader, with the natural ability to influence in a diverse and international environment. Individuals with a masters or Ph.D. would be a bonus.
