Key accountabilities  

• Lead projects with a team of global Product Support Engineers providing world class product support to key customers and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Build and scale product support team to ensure adequate support for increasing install base Collaboration
• Travel to HQ in the US and/or Customer sites for training and technical collaboration
• Face-to-face customer and supplier meetings and acts as the escalation point to drive progress and resolve complex problems
• Support NPI installations and existing the projects
• Support new product definition, customer product safety requirements, and compliance
• Travel training, support, and installation activities regional and worldwide
• Participate in documentation and training strategy and execution related to site prep, maintenance, and so on delivered to internal field engineers and customers.
• Collaboration with Applications and Repair Team on problems

Qualification:

• BS or ME in Mechanical, Electrical or Computer Engineering or equivalent
• 10-15 years of experience in the product support in the equipment.
• Technical knowledge of semiconductor industry
• Proven ability to communicate proactively, clearly and concisely to upper management.
• High customer credibility and relationship building experience.
• Strong communication, organizational and multi-tasking ability.
• Strategic thinking, planning and execution.
