    Our client is a high performing global technology services and consulting company with significant presence in Asia Pacific.  There is now a rare opportunity for a dynamic talent acquisition manager to support its ambitious growth plans in the region.

    Responsibilities

    This is both a leadership and hands on role where you will lead the APAC talent acquisition function to ensure successful attraction of top talent in the region. You will be responsible for ensuring best-in-class delivery of talent acquisition strategies, frameworks, policies, processes and systems that effectively supports volume hiring to strategic appointments. You will provide effective leadership to your team located across the region to drive high performance as well as their development. You will be directly involved in senior hires and are expected to build a network of senior industry and professional contacts. You will be a key partner to the business leaders in providing current insights to the talent market and best practices in talent attraction.

    Requirements

    You are degree qualified with demonstrated track record in regional talent acquisition lead roles gained ideally in technology, consulting or professional services companies. You have experience recruiting across Asia Pacific, working with multi-cultural, multi-location large employee populations. You are results oriented, with a data-driven approach to talent acquisition strategy formulation and decision-making; and are resilient, innovative with an entrepreneurial spirit.
