This is a strategic IT leadership position  with a leading Financial Institution in Singapore. You will be responsible in planning, delivery, and management of IT applications for the Financial Institution. Provides leadership and management to drive towards a high-performance, innovative, and collaborative Applications Group.

Responsibilities

You will liaise with senior management and business stakeholders to secure support, co-operation, and compliance of IT initiatives and policies. Together with IT Management, contributes to shaping the digital transformation strategy to achieve business goals. Drives strategic initiatives within Applications Group, plan and manage budgets, manpower and resources for the application group.

Requirements

You should have at least 18 years of experience working in the IT industry, inclusive of 8+ years’ experience in IT leadership positions with experience managing large-scale applications development and support. Strong technical and engineering background with a good grasp of IT technologies trends, methodologies, architectures, and best practices. You have a proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment, Skilled in engaging and managing stakeholders, Strong business processes and analytical skills with the ability to assimilate information quickly, and communicate complex requirements and issues clearly and concisely. Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
