An award winning European energy trading firm with a strong global presence. They are expanding their operations within the APAC region and is looking for an application support analyst to join the dynamic team.

Responsibilities

As an Application Support Analyst, you will be working closely with the system owners and end users to support the enhancements of the trading systems. You will be responsible for providing high quality end user support and manage the IT Business Continuity Plan for the global platforms. Last but not least, you will strive to improve the current IT process to enhancing efficiency and reliability of the systems.

Requirements

You should have a degree in IT or Computer Science with at least 2 years of relevant experience with as an Application Support Analyst. Experience in a trading firm with knowledge of trading processes would be a plus. You must also possess strong technical knowledge of Windows applications and are well-versed in SQL.
