We are working with a European MNC that is looking for an Application Support Analyst to work on the global trading platform.

Job Responsibilities

You will be involved in production monitoring, and coordinating incident resolution. You will also participate in the writing and enhancement of procedures. You will be able to support users on various requests.

Requirements                                                                                                   

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics
• 2-6 years of working experience, preferably in a trading/banking environment
• Solid experience in SQL and scripting skills
• Experienced in working with C#.Net or any backend language is a strong plus
• Experienced in live monitoring and application support of large IT systems is a plus
• Possess excellent communication, team player, and proactiveness
