Our client is an innovative technology company which designs digital platforms and applications that are used by millions of people. The company is propelled by their mission of forwarding a technology-enabled future and develops some of the most cutting-edge technology solutions that we interact with daily. To that end, they attract some of the brightest minds in the country with a passion and excitement for developing meaningful products and solutions. They are now seeking an Assistant Director (C&B) to join the team in reviewing their compensation structures so they remain ahead of the curve in attracting, retaining, and rewarding top talent!
The Assistant Director (C&B) reports directly to the Head of Performance & Rewards, and oversees the full gamut of compensation tools available in the company. The pace of change in the tech world is naturally dynamic and accelerated, and you will be relied upon to spearhead the re-structuring and re-designing of existing rewards structures to ensure that compensation frameworks remain competitive and progressive. Partnering closely with your peers in the CoE functions, you will make strategic decisions in C&B that will ultimately refine the methods by which the company recruits, rewards, and retains their talent. You are the strategic piece in HR, and your ability to design creative rewards strategies will leave an indelible mark in driving the region towards a smarter and more digitally-assisted future.
You should be degree-qualified with at least 10 years of C&B experience; candidates with lesser experience will also be considered but may be placed at a Senior Manager level instead. More importantly, you should demonstrate an agility in thinking, have strong penchant for collaboration, and possess a dare in thinking out of the box to derive solutions that are innovative and transformational. Candidates from all industries are welcome to apply; prior experience in rewards consulting and framework design would be highly advantageous.
Please write in with your CV to Timothy Yong at email@example.com quoting the above job title and reference code TI21301. A one-liner with an interesting experience in C&B (e.g. setting up of a C&B function, reviewing compensation structures, re-designing incentive schemes, making changes to job grades and salary ranges etc.) would help your profile stand out amongst the crowd. Looking forward to hearing from you soon!
