    Description

    Our client is one of Singapore’s most renowned education institutions. This role reports to the Director of Total Rewards, and for a start, will be in charge of performance management processes and eventually broaden the scope of work to include various strategic Compensation & Benefits projects.

    Role
    With the support of an extended operations team, the individual will be in charge of designing, reviewing and leading the full scope of performance management & its’ related promotion policies, processes and frameworks. The successful candidate will have to make recommendations to policy and process enhancements to ensure alignment to business needs and industry best practices to drive a high-performing culture and boost organisation effectiveness.

    This role will also serve as the subject matter expert in levelling roles within the organization, ensuring alignment to the overall organisation structure, job sizes and people capabilities. This role will also take on strategic Performance Management and Reward related projects with the Director for Total Rewards.

    Requirements
    You are degree qualified, with at least 10 years of experience as a HR professional, and have in depth experience with performance management processes and in compensation & benefits. A track record and experience in leading and implementing HR change management projects/programmes is an advantage. Ideally, you also have experience with HR policy governance, and a strong understanding of job evaluation and organization structures, rewards etc. Prior experience in a large, matrixed organization is a plus.
