Our client is a multi-asset management firm with global investments across asset classes such as public equities, fixed income, private markets funds, real estate, private equity and alternatives. Staying ahead of the curve, they are looking for a Corporate Secretarial Manager to join their robust operations in Singapore.

Job Description
Working closely with the board of directors and senior management, you will play the role as a subject matter expert in corporate governance and be involved in the full spectrum of corporate secretarial work across the business, including building structures and processes for the corporate secretarial function, board meeting arrangements and take minutes and be a key advisor to the board and senior management. You will also work closely with external parties (corporate services provider, banks & vendors) to facilitate instructions and documents.

Qualifications
Ideally, you are ICSA qualified with at least 5 years of corporate secretarial experience. Prior in-house corporate secretarial experience within the financial service space will be highly regarded. As a proactive and independent professional, you are ready to roll your sleeves up to build processes and structures for the corporate secretarial function. You also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to bridge gaps with the board, corporate functions and external parties across the globe.
