Our client is a leading flavour and fragrance company and am hiring for an Assistant Marketing Manager covering Southeast Asia region.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Regional Marketing Manager, you play a pivotal role in supporting business outcomes by identifying new opportunities and trends in Southeast Asia and translating this information to innovative and marketable concepts. You will also work closely with the Sales team to identify potential business leads and conduct joint customer presentations and workshops. You will also be managing the regional product library for fragrances and take charge of updating product launches in this region.

Requirements

Ideally, you have a Degree in Marketing or Business and come with 3-5 years of marketing experience preferably in Fragrance, Personal Care, Cosmetics, or a relevant industry. If you have prior experience in consumer market research focusing on the FMCG sector (Home and Personal Care), you are welcomed to apply too. To be successful in this role, you are creative and resourceful, and possess strong communication and presentation skills. Knowledge and experience in graphics and video creation software (e.g. Prezi, Canva, Adobe Photoshop) and social media marketing and listening is a plus. You also need to be willing to travel when required.
