Our client is an established leader within the Healthcare Industry. As they require more visibility in performance management via data analytics and management reporting, there is now an opportunity to join them in this exciting opportunity.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Finance Director, you will be responsible for driving the FP&A function including the development and preparation of monthly reports, compilation of quarterly forecasts, annual budgets and operating plans. Leading the FPA function, you will also engage senior stakeholders in providing insights to enable better-informed business decisions, as well as, recommending effective business practices. You can also be expected to play a strategic role in evaluating financial performance and driving ad-hoc transformational projects.

Requirements

Ideally, you have a minimum 10 years’ experience, preferably gained in a highly matrixed and dynamic environment. An experienced team manager, you are self driven and work well independently as well as in a team. With strong communication and interpersonal skills, you are able to interact with stakeholders across different levels. Experience in SAP and/or Tableu are highly advantageous.
