Our client is an established industry leader, a portfolio company of one of the world’s leading Private Equity firms. With the anticipated expansion and acquisitions, there is now an exciting opportunity for a mid-level Treasury professional to join them based in Singapore.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the CFO, you will devise Group platform, and country level financing and capital structure strategies, including the formulation of specific action plans. You will leverage on your resourcefulness networks, to establish new banking relationships both at the individual country levels as well as at the Group level headquartered out of Singapore. You will play a strategic part in negotiation of credit lines/loan arrangements (including mezzanine debt) and be responsible for Group cashflow projections and overall risk management (forex/interest rate exposures). You are also expected to participate in road shows and generate financial models, as well as produce pitchbooks for both debt and equity fund raising.

Requirements

You have 8-10 years of relevant experience gained in banks/commercial organisations. Prior experience working within a PE / portfolio company environment is highly advantageous. Familiarity with onshore/offshore financing arrangements are a must. You are both strategic in mindset and operational in execution. You are mature, credible and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fluid/uncertain environment will be a plus.
