A major Asset Management Firm with a strong reputation in Asia is looking to hire for their sales team. A newly created role, this individual will be responsible for sales support for the institutional client segment.

Responsibilities

This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with the Head of Sales to build up the institutional client desk. As the primary co-ordinator, you will lend support to the sales team across the entire workstream. This includes preparing marketing materials, attending client meetings, assisting with Request-For-Proposals, organizing events, maintaining a CRM system and attending to client inquiries pertaining to fund updates and performance. As the desk is in a building up stage, you will research the market, identify investor prospects and establish contact with them.

Requirements

The successful candidate has strong academic qualifications, 3-5 years of work experience in investment management and is familiar working with institutional clients. CFA qualification is a strong advantage. You thrive in a role where you can contribute to building up a new venture, is able to multi-task, work with colleagues across functions and assume related ad hoc projects to get the business up and running. You are pro-active, solutions-oriented and enjoy working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial and dynamic environment.
