My client is a renowned UK law firm with a long standing reputation in the Aviation industry. They are presently in the market for a Junior Aviation Finance Lawyer to join their growing team here in Singapore.

The successful candidate should come with 1-3 years of aviation/asset/general financing experience gained from a local/international law firm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and review legal documents related to aviation finance transactions, including loan agreements, security agreements, lease agreements, and purchase agreements.
• Conduct legal due diligence reviews of aircraft assets and assist with asset management, including monitoring of lease compliance and maintenance requirement

Requirements:

• 1-3 PQE with strong academic credentials
• General Finance/Ship Finance/Aviation Finance experience gained from reputable local and/or international law firms
• Excellent drafting and research skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
