Our client is a growing Financial Institution based in Singapore. They are looking for an Enterprise Risk professional to manager their ERM framework and process.

Role
The successful candidate will be assisting CRO and Head of Enterprise Risk for enterprise-wide risk management framework and process, which includes implementing the ERM framework, partnering with risk owners in defining risk appetite and monitoring. You will continuously review the organization’s guidelines and industry trends and developments to improve the overall risk management capabilities.

Requirements
You are a Degree holder and have at least 5 years of experience in enterprise or operational risk management. You have a strong knowledge of ERM framework and operational risk management and sound understanding of local regulations. You have strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills. You are motivated, independent, resourceful and thrives in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
