Description

This is a well-established investment management organization and given its expansion plans, they are hiring an individual to join the team to support the finance director as an Assistant Vice President (AVP) for financial reporting and consolidation.

Responsibilities 

The selected individual will be seated in the Finance and Controllership function and will report directly to Regional Finance Lead. The individual will be working closely with internal functional teams as well as stakeholders from different geographical regions. The primary responsibility is to ensure and apply the accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Review monthly financial reporting of overseas entities in alignment with group policies and review their quarterly reporting packs for submission to its HQ. The individual should have hands-on consolidation experience. He or she requires to liaise with auditors.

Requirements 

Degree in Accounting with a minimum of 3-5 years of related working experience preferred prior audit experience. Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to problem-solving is essential.
