    Our client is a highly stable and well-capitalized investments firm with an extensive presence across Asia. Their highly diversified portfolio has anchored their position as a market leader despite recent volatility and – in keeping with their values – they are adding an additional headcount in HR Risk & Compliance to ensure continued adherence to governance standards and established protocols. This is a full-time, permanent position.


    You will be in-charge of 2 main pillars in this role: HR process improvement and/or automation; as well as HR risk management for the Group. In tandem with the Group’s continued push towards process efficiency and technological adoption, you play a key role in identifying nodes within the employee lifecycle that can be automated and digitalised. This ultimately reduces the amount of manual input and manpower required, and leverages technology to shorten processes whilst increasing data accuracy. You will leverage your passion for digital adoption and process efficiency in executing this portion of the role. Secondly, you will help with ensuring appropriate controls are put in place as you review the HR cycle above. You will stay abreast with changes to the regulatory environment – both from MAS and MOM, or other statutory governing bodies – to ensure HR Risk is minimized and the organisation remains compliant to updated changes. This portion of the role will leverage your understanding of labour laws and your intrinsic attention to detail.


    You should possess at least 4 years of experience in HR Governance, HR Compliance, or HR Process Improvement. Prior experience in a regulated environment such as Financial Services would be advantageous. You should also possess a knack for automation, enhancements, and process streamlining. A strong understanding of local labour regulations is also a must.
