Our client is a highly established major Real Estate organization with significant presence across Asia Pacific and Europe. There is now an exciting opportunity to join the Learning Academy to build people capabilities and drive L&D programs and initiatives. It is a critical transformation journey to align with the business agenda and growth for the leadership team and their employees.
Reporting to the Head of Learning Academy, you will lead and drive the talent and learning programs playing a pivotal role with the design of engagement strategies. You and your team will identify the learning and development priorities. Bring up to speed of the digital learning roadmap to embrace towards a self learning culture with a blending learning platform. Design and formulate strategic initiatives and review framework to uplift business performance. Work closely with the respective HR COE and HR Heads to drive adoption of learning programs.
You are degree qualified with demonstrated track record in learning and development. You will have prior experience working in progressive MNCs or consulting firms, gained in talent / learning development roles. You will have a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience including 3 to 5 years of people management skills to manage a team. In depth experience with LMS and exposure to digital learning technologies will be important.
