    Kerry Consulting is working in close partnership with one of our long term client who is a leading player within the financial services sector. As part of the organization’s strategy, they are making Singapore their APAC headquarter which resulted in this new headcount within the APAC legal team.


    This role will report into the head of legal and you will be the go-to counsel for derivatives related matters across the APAC region. You will provide legal support on reviewing and negotiating any derivatives related documents including but not limited to ISDA/GMRA/FX Trading agreements etc. Apart from master agreement negotiations, you will also play an active part in providing support for derivative related transactions. Lastly, you should play an active role in considering the regulatory developments within the derivatives space and consider how it will have an impact to the various countries within your portfolio.


    In order to succeed in this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience either in private practice of in an in-house role with a financial institution. Prior experience with ISDA/derivatives is preferred but candidates who has financial services regulatory/debt capital markets/banking litigation/banking & finance are also welcome. You should be able to work independently and have the ability to manage senior internal stakeholders.
