My client is a leading bank, and they are on a massive expansion plan across the region, there is now an exciting opportunity for a high caliber consultant who wants to gain in house experience. Core focus business areas are Digital Transformation, Digital Adoption, Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG), Socio-Political Advisory and Market Insights.

Responsibilities

This individual will be responsible coming out and originating new initiatives for the business for the bank and driving the strategy into place.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience with a financial services or banking knowledge in Project Management Transformation Programs and Process & Organization Consulting with businesses
• Proven track record in driving and delivering research and strategy projects
• Strong stakeholder management; works well across teams such as sales, product, technology, finance, etc.
• ESG (Sustainable Finance, Energy Transition is a must to have
• Strong influencer; track record of influencing decisions and opinions of others especially senior stakeholders
• Passionate about driving change. Having a curious mind to challenge status quo and provide innovative solutions and different perspectives
