Our client is a well-regarded global financial institution which manages a diverse portfolio of assets across the world. A rare opening in the team has recently presented itself for an aspiring C&B consultant to support their ever-increasing postfolio of companies. You will be mentored by one of the brightest minds in the industry, and groomed to lend advice to C-suite leaders from some of the most valuable firms at the cutting-edge of innovation and technology.
This newly-created Associate Director position supports a Director in designing executive compensation plans for our client’s portfolio companies. This includes the conceptualising of deferred incentive plans alongside the creation of compensation frameworks which are both competitive and aligned with shareholders’ interest. In many ways, this role will place the incumbent at the cusp of Finance and HR – and will be hugely rewarding for an individual interested in navigating the complexities of financial mathematics and psychology to influence top-management remuneration and performance.
You are degree-qualified from a top-ranked university and possess at least 6 years of experience in executive compensation. You should have worked at a reputed consulting firm where you designed, reviewed, and proposed changes to executive compensation frameworks and incentive plans. You must also have an understanding of basic financial concepts. You are an excellent communicator with strong stakeholder management skills, and work well under the pressure of tight deadlines
