A well-known International law firm is seeking a junior to mid-level Associate to join their Finance practice. The role will cover general banking (bilateral and syndicated loan), real estate financing, acquisition finance, structured trade and commodity finance and all other aspects of structured lending. The work is predominantly cross-border in nature but the team also covers domestic transactions.

Skills and Experience Required

• Prior experience in banking and finance.
• 1-4PQE and qualified to the Singapore bar.
• A highly motivated individual who takes ownership of work, able to work independently and is a strong team player.
• Good transaction management and time management skills.
• Excellent written and communication skills.
