    A fast-growing E-learning/ HR Consulting firm for corporates is seeking a talented & ambitious Business Development professional to be based in Hong Kong or Singapore. This is a business that has attracted investments from notable business magnates, and has seen remarkable growth in recent years. For individuals with strong corporate network, this is a unique opportunity to pivot into the e-learning/ edtech industry, within a well-funded business.




    Reporting to the Regional Managing Director, you will be responsible for prospecting and developing new strategic accounts and fresh revenue streams for the business, while growing existing key accounts. Leveraging on the company’s success in the consumer market, you will partner with your internal Consultants and Content Experts, to offer strategic long-term HR solutions to clients in wide range of industries. This is an independent role offering the autonomy to grow a team in due course.




    To be successful, you have 10 – 18 years’ experience in Sales and/or Business Development, with a good track record of growing and developing new corporate accounts. Experience in the industry of Training & Development, Learning & Development (L&D), Leadership Development or Talent Management is preferred. Individuals in other niche within HR Consulting, HR Tech, EdTech are also welcomed to apply.

    You will be a natural people-person with a consultative sales approach, well-versed in selling to stakeholders up to C-Suite and managing key strategic relationships with major customers, product owners and other stakeholders.
