Responsibilities

Reporting to COO, you will perform a broad role including business management, business planning, cost management, budgeting, project management, departmental continuity, risk and governance assessment, and transformation for the COO division (including middle office, investment services functions). You will be the point of contact representing COO division and collaborate with other various departments globally and external vendors in building a robust COO platform and driving transformation programs to meet overall business and organizational objectives.

Requirements

Degree qualified, you will have at least 15 years of experience including business management, business planning and project management gained in global asset manager or investment bank. Exposure to public markets / global markets trading business is preferred. You are strategic, innovative, analytical, solutions-focused and possess the executive gravitas, strong influencing and interpersonal skills.
