A Major Financial Institution is hiring a Team Lead, who will be responsible for the management and commercialisation of Merchant Collection Products and Foreign Exchange Rates Online Booking platform to meet the needs of corporate clients across different segments.

Responsibilities

This is a rare and exciting opportunity for an innovative and enterprising candidate to manage the overall product strategy from ideation to development, implementation and commercialization of Collection and FX products. You will be responsible for Singapore and will oversee the deployment of regional solutions in core markets in Asia. You are able to think out of the box and have a deep understanding of customer journey which will enable you to drive rapid adoption and revenue growth across these products. You will drive collaboration across core markets, offering customised solutions and will be  accountable for the commercialization and product profitability of the managed products in this region.

Requirements

You have a Business/Finance or related degree. You have 10-15 years of experience in cash management, ideally, in transaction banking, commercial/corporate banking and strong knowledge of collection products, payment gateway and cross border payments. Exposure working in fintech companies is a strong advantage.  You have strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills and are able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure products and services remain competitive, profitable and aligned with clients’ needs. You have proven track record as a change agent in a transformative role, with ability to encourage and embrace innovative solutions. Team management experience is a plus.
