    Description

    This is an exciting opportunity as a Regional C&B Director with an APAC remit. You will lead and manage the Compensation and benefits programs for employees and leadership across various business entities within APAC including markets in ASEAN, India and ANZ.

    You are the custodian of the C&B function reporting directly to the CHRO APAC, managing a team . You will possess a business partnering mindset to work closely with the C-level stakeholders including the rem co and working with the respective COE Heads in the HR Community. Provide direction, guidance and leadership to the Compensation & Benefits Analysts, in the development, communication and implementation of the total rewards strategy.

    You will be responsible to drive the revamp of performance and reward strategies and processes for the organization. You will lead a team of Compensation & Benefits professionals who are responsible for executing regional reward and performance processes, communications and other performance and rewards activities. Implement the delivery of the Annual Performance and Compensation Reviews especially in the incentive schemes. Prepare the proposed annual review budget pools, and implement the principles and communications, including wide consultation with Leadership, Finance and C&B/HRBPs teams on imbedding reward strategy. Leverage on HR systems SAP SuccessFactors and technology for the Performance & Reward review process.

    Research, monitor and assess compensation trends and the regulatory environments, maintaining a strong connection with independent consultants, salary survey providers and industry colleagues to understand to the external market and climate.

    Requirements

    You will possess a minimum of 15 to 18 years’ progressive C&B experience. Ideally, you will have prior experience in establishing/ revamping C&B structure and framework. Prior experience in engaging with rem co is a key requirement. You have a track record of developing highly effective relationships with multiple stakeholders and have excellent client-facing communication skills.  Experience in SAP / SuccessFactors and Mercer are highly desirable. Experience working in a complex and multi-entities business structure is highly desirable.
