    Description

    We are excited to be partnering with a globally renowned MNC in the aviation and hi-tech industry. This well-known firm is widely regarded as a veteran in the aerospace industry and an industry leader in environmental sustainability and technological innovation. As a result of their strong growth forecast and focus on people orientation, they are currently seeking a Compensation & Benefits Lead to join them in leading their Total Rewards team.

    Role 

    The incumbent will manage a team of 2 direct reports and is directly responsible for the development and implementation of rewards policies for multiple business units across the Group. You will be instrumental in nurturing a culture of high-performance whilst supporting the Group’s efforts in talent attraction and retention. You will be in-charge of reviewing existing Rewards frameworks including salary benchmarks, job evaluation and grading, and existing benefits offered by the Group. You will also be placed in the privileged position of leadership – and will oversee the development of talents placed under your care through close mentorship and guidance. This will be a fulfilling opportunity for someone looking to innovate new methods of working while also leading a high-performing team through change and transformation.

    Requirements

    You should be degree qualified with at least 5 years of experience in a Human Resources function. You could be a HR Generalist or HRBP looking for a leap into a C&B specialisation – but should be hands-on in leading salary benchmarking and job evaluation exercises. While prior team management experience is advantageous, this should not discourage sincere managers-to-be from applying.
