    Role

    This newly created role is based out of the APAC headquarters in Singapore and would be perfect for someone seeking the autonomy and independence of a sole contributor role. Overseeing both the strategic and operational aspects of a C&B position, this full spectrum role will expose you to the delicate balance of high-level strategic demands coupled with everyday operational needs. You will play a pivotal role in designing the region’s total rewards philosophy and drive framework formulation to encourage a performance-linked rewards culture. Above which, you sit in the driver’s seat navigating the company through these changes – communicating, implementing, and fine-tuning these plans as they set in motion. You proudly wear the hat of a Subject Matter Expert and are hands-on in all aspects of C&B from incentive plan design, crafting a compensation philosophy, and benefits administration. You truly are a C&B all-rounder with an exceptional mix of strategic-operational finesse.

    Requirements

    The successful applicant must have graduated from a top university on a full-time course load. He/she should also have worked at a global technology company prior to this and possess at least 6 years of C&B experience. You must have the desire to work on strategic C&B strategies – yet possess the ability to be hands-on at implementation and communicating changes. Foundational years in a consulting firm would be advantageous though not necessary.
