Description

This is an SGX listed and leading shipping and ancillary services provider, with the majority of their customers from the Energy sector across Southeast Asia. As the Group is embarking on ambitious business growth and transformation, we are now partnering exclusively with the Group to hire a CFO to see through the successful execution of those plans.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the CEO and executive leadership team, the CFO will support the executive team in strategic planning, fund raising, investor relations, treasury, and other corporate development initiatives for the Group. He/ She will also be providing leadership to the finance team, ensuring the integrity of all financial information including statutory and legal reporting as well as establishing key performance management measures to drive commercial and operational excellence.

Requirements

The successful candidate will be a qualified Chartered Accountant and degree qualified in Accountancy or an equivalent finance discipline, with demonstrated track record gained in finance leadership roles, ideally in SGX listed companies. You will be described as commercially astute yet fundamentally entrepreneurial in spirit, flexible and agile in thought.
