    Our client is a Global Luxury Wines and Spirits Group undergoing transformative change in their products and brand portfolio. Also, in order to also tap on the immense potential of the e commerce business in the region, especially China, they are hiring Chief Digital Office, APAC to build the digital strategy for the region. The role is based in Shanghai.


    Part of the APAC leadership organization and reporting into the Managing Director for APAC, you will unify the digital first activation approach across Brands and Markets with the focus on consumer experience and geo expansion. You will also develop the online revenues across whole APAC but with a huge emphasis in China), covering all e Channels, including Social Commerce to E Retailers to sites. Other than eCommerce, you would also be responsible for the digital transformation agenda for the group, includingomni-channel thinking and support Digitalization at Retail, including at the future network of boutiques


    You are degree qualified with at least 15 years’ of digital marketing and/or ecommerce experience with a global Consumer Company. Having put together a digital and eCommerce roadmap for your organization, you would also have a proven track record of working through people, demonstrated leadership, stakeholder management, collaboration, and driving change across a matrix organization and among diverse cultures. You would be someone who understands luxury, the need for digitalization but still protecting the DNA of brands. Due to the location of the role and the need to work closely with the local China team, Mandarin speaking capability is a must.
