    Description

    Role 

    This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-growth start up organization where there is a strong business operating model for health-tech sector. Reporting directly to the CEO based in Singapore, you are a strategic HR leaders and a hands-on HR expert who is thrilled to be part of a growing organization. Your role is pivotal to the success of the HR function set up outside of North Asia. This role is critical to build the bench strength of the business, R&D and technology functions. You will manage the full spectrum of HR functions with expertise in designing of Human capital agenda and a strong executor of the initiatives of HR programs. In addition, you will have in depth working knowledge of the local governance for the markets in Asia.

    Lead HR function including talent development, culture building, compensation design, while ensuring a high performing culture. You will work directly with the CEO and the respective c-levels of the regional team  as a strong HR advisor. Eventually, you will build a team to support the COE functions with a large proportion on global HR projects. You will know “What good looks like” and leverage on your previous experience to professionalize the HR corporate function.

    Ideally, you are degree qualified in Human Resources or related fields. Possess a minimum 15 years of relevant working experience in hyper growth technology organizations or healthcare/ pharma industries. Open minded with a positive mindset along with the grit and resilience are what are the key attributes to the success of this role. You will have demonstrated high learning agility and assimilation in previous organizations. Prior start up experience in HR function or in a tech organization is a must have.  Strong analytical skills to deliver HR programs and strategies that effectively address business issues.
