    Responsibilities

     

    Reporting to the Regional Business Development Director, you will become part of the team that is primarily responsible for new client acquisition, developing sales of digital solutions, licenses and traditional learning products. With comprehensive resource support and credibility from the business, you will be the primary contact for clients, having direct access to locally-based consulting team. You will be involved in all stages of engagement, performing an essential role in solution development for client needs, while having a commercial eye to identify new opportunities and revenue streams for the sales organisation.

    This role will be a 80/20 mix of hunting and farming, with the goal of acquiring and developing new corporate, government or non-profit organisation accounts across the region. The company is known for really investing in their staff, creating an excellent working environment and culture and their patient and nurturing approach has had much success in developing highly successful Sales Leaders around the world.

     

    Requirements

     

    You will have at least 10 years’ relevant work experience in corporate solution selling, and would be ideally degree-qualified. Industries with a background in Talent Management, L&D, Leadership or similar HR spaces, with experience acquiring new mid-large sized corporate accounts are also most welcomed to apply. You will be a natural networker with experience in evaluating organisational needs and helping develop innovative solutions for client requirements.
