Cloud Team lead, Ed-Tech Firm

We are partnering a rapidly expanding team within an Ed-Tech firm to identify an Cloud lead to play an integral part in the organisation’s cloud strategy.

Responsibilities

You are tasked to champion the Cloud journey, defining standards, cloud architecture principles, performing a Cloud governance role and assisting teams to help onboard applications to enhance overall Cloud capabilities. You will be communicating the benefits of increased cloud adoption to business solution teams and lead engineering teams on effective execution of Cloud strategies. You will envision pathways for modernization of applications to the appropriate cloud services, design and architect within the hybrid cloud ecosystem. Measure and track the progress of the cloud strategy and develop effective KPIs for differentiating business outcomes.

Requirements

• You have 5+ years of Cloud experience and exposure to agile tools such as AWS DevOps services and automation tools
• Strong hands-on expertise in architecting an application infrastructure in AWS
• Proficient in writing IaC (compute, network, storage) using playbooks
• Proficient in using AWS services like EC2, RDS, EBS, ALB, TGW, CW, S3 and Lambda
• Cloud certifications an added advantage
• You have excellent communication skills and have the ability to cultivate teams and foster growth and innovation within the organisation
