A fantastic opportunity within the fast-paced and dynamic FMCG industry is now open. My client, a key player in the Beverages industry, is seeking an outstanding Compensation & Benefits Lead to join their team.
As the cluster lead, you are in-charge of managing the various markets in the region. In this role, you will be leading the preparation of the manpower budget exercise, annual goal setting and performance appraisal exercise. You will be implementing salary reviews and bonus exercises. You will also be conducting analysis for the budget of monthly manpower costs in comparison to actual variance. This role also involves participation in various salary surveys. As necessary, you will conduct reviews and propose updates to various policies and/or SOPs/bonus structures.
A minimum of 5 years of Total Rewards/Compensation & Benefits experience, with strong knowledge of salary reviews/bonus exercises. Regional experience is a plus.
The ideal candidate should be highly analytical and very proficient in Microsoft Excel. If you are collaborative, and have developed good stakeholder management skills, this may be the next role for you.
