    We are partnering a promising Fintech headquartered in Singapore to expand their business. We are seeking a Compliance professional who is passionate, a team builder and excited about joining a fast-growing, dynamic and innovative start-up. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior-mid level Compliance professional seeking a step up into a senior managerial position.


    As the Compliance Lead, you will be responsible for providing leadership to a small team in managing the Compliance function. You will design the Compliance strategies for the company and implement an effective AML & Compliance program. This includes developing the Compliance policies, standards, procedures and control and also playing a hands-on role in AML Transaction Monitoring, KYC client-onboarding etc. You will be a trusted Compliance advisor to the business and work closely with various stakeholders to ensure risks are mitigated and the business is complying with regulations. You will act as the key point of contact with MAS on licensing and regulatory reporting matters and liaise with external auditors and law enforcement. You will play a critical role in promoting a strong Compliance culture across the company.


    You are degree qualified with 3-8 years of Compliance experience in Financial Service. You must have hands-on AML experience and a sound understanding of AML/CFT rules and regulations. Diploma in Compliance and AML or ACAMS will be bonus. Exposure to global markets and familiarity with Payment Services Act (PS Act) and blockchain will be advantageous. To succeed in this role, you must be highly adaptable, hands-on and thrive in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.
