    We are partnering a fast-growing, dynamic and innovative Fintech (Cryptocurrency) with a global team and network to expand their business in Asia. They are an established player in the Digital Asset Trading & Market Making space, have multiple offices globally and a solid and credible leadership team previously from Tier-1 Financial Institutions. We are seeking a dynamic Compliance Officer for their Singapore office.


    You will manage the Compliance function in Singapore and implement an effective Compliance program. This includes formulating and developing the policy, standards, procedures and controls; conducting compliance review and addressing control deficiencies; ensuring that the business is adhering to global and local regulations. As a trusted compliance advisor to the business, you will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure that the Compliance risks are mitigated. You will act as the key point of contact with Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) on Payment Services Act (PS Act) licensing and regulatory matters. You will play a critical role in promoting a strong Compliance culture across the organisation.


    You are degree qualified with at least 3-8 years of Compliance experience in Financial Services. You are well versed with MAS regulations and experience dealing with regulators is preferred. Exposure to Fintech, Blockchain and familiarity with derivative products, platforms and regulations will be advantageous. To succeed in this role, you must be a self-starter, highly adaptable, independent, and thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
