    This is a reputable and established Marine company which has presence in Singapore for more than 20 years. With business growth and expansion into the energy trading sector, they are now looking for a pioneer contracts administration manager to join the newly established energy trading team.

    Reporting to the Head of Trading, the manager will be mainly involved in drafting and negotiating of contracts, monitor and managing shipping instructions. You will be liaising directly with all internal stakeholders to ensure that the company’s risk in the entire trade flow is mitigated and protected. Trade deals could originate from various regions and the understanding of global risk will be important. You will also be fronting all operational claims and disputes, and assist to manage all external stakeholders to solve the disputes timely. As the pioneer hire, you will also be tasked to set up procedure ad processes with a contracts function. Prior experience drafting storages contracts is essential.

    The successful candidate will be degree qualified in a Business/Finance/Economics discipline with at least 7 years’ of relevant work experience in a physical trading environment. You will be independent, hands-on, solution oriented and commercial. The ability to multi-task and work in a fast –paced environment with tight deadline is important.
