Our client is a leading commodities trading company with a strong platform to trade across all key markets. A newly created Contracts Specialist role has been opened to join them in their Singapore office. This role will start off on a 1-year contract, with high possibility to be converted to a permanent position.

Job Description
As part of the Contracts team, you will be working in a team of Contracts Specialist based across all offices to manage the full suite of contracts management work, including drafting, reviewing and advising on trading and transactional contracts and managing the commercial aspects of contracts. This key function will act as gatekeepers to the business and will work closely with legal and commercial business partners to drive contract negotiations and advise on any contractual pit falls and risks to the business, ensuring the achievement of yearly KPIs are aligned with business objectives for compliance, timeline deliverables and cost effectiveness.

Qualifications
You have at least 5 years of relevant contract management experience with a commodities trading house. You are a proactive and meticulous individual with strong commercial acumen and analytical skills, you thrive in a fast-paced environment in meeting challenging deadlines and navigating complex issues.
