Our client is a renowned player within the Wines & Spirits industry with an established presence in Asia Pacific. There is now an exciting opportunity to join them as a Corporate Communications Lead, APAC to develop and establish end-to-end communications strategies, from talent attraction to employee experience. 

Partnering with the Senior Vice President of HR, you have a pivotal role to design and build EVP (Employee Value Proposition) and external collaterals to drive talent attraction. You will develop communications strategies to enhance employee experience and engagement, such as the writing of communication pieces relating to business updates, diversity and inclusion (D&I), corporate social responsibility and sustainability. As a seasoned communications professional, you will also create and execute employee events and activities to highlight the company as an employer of choice. 

Key Requirements

Ideally, you will have a minimum of 15 years of relevant Corporate communication including internal and external comms. Highly proficient in planning, organising, and operationalising communication strategies. Strong ability to engage stakeholders across levels. Extensive experience in end-to-end corporate communications, from employee value proposition and employee engagement. Excellent communicative and writing skills to drive employee communications initiatives and to enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice. Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills to introduce new ideas and implement communications strategies. 

You are strategic, driven and tenacious, and will thrive in a fast moving and changing environment. Prior experience in a highly matrixed and fast paced environment is critical.
