Our client is a leading pharmaceutical services organisation. A leader in their field, there now exists an opportunity for a driven, senior finance professional to join them in their Regional Office in Singapore.

Role

Reporting to the VP Finance, you will lead a lean team of qualified finance professionals and oversee the financial accounting and reporting functions (including month end group consolidation of more than 100 legal entities – wholly owned, JVs and associate companies. You will ensure reporting is compliant with IFRS and function as a COE towards overseas subsidiaries. Working closely with the rest of the finance teams, you will also support financial due diligence pertaining to M&A activities. On a projects basis, you will also work with senior business leaders in evaluating and designing changes to operating models, deliveries, process and operational execution.

Requirements

You are degree qualified, ideally in Accounting and Finance. Professional qualifications e.g. CA, CPA are pre-requisites for the role. You have between 12-15 years relevant controllership experience, of which some must be in a management/leadership role. Prior experience in a Big4 firm will be highly advantageous. You are driven and have a change agent mindset. A strong foundation in technical accounting and controllership is highly desirable.
