There is an exciting opportunity to be part of a global leading manufacturing MNC as the Country Head of HR as they expand their Asia presence.
You will be a strategic Business Partner to the Site Head and leadership team. This role will provide manage the full spectrum of human resources management and provide strategic direction to the Singapore sites. This is a critical role to transform the HR practices to align with the business expansion in the key areas of building talent, culture development and sustainability. This is a key strategic HR leadership role on the business leadership team that influences across the APAC hub and Global HQ.
Be the change agent to continue to foster a people centric culture while building corporate values while the organization is on its growth trajectory. Have an influential leadership skills and be an enabler to improve organizational outcomes and support new strategy in the manufacturing business. You will champion HR initiatives organizational capabilities to a high performing culture. You and your team will be working closely with the APAC COE while driving Shared Services excellence.
Ideally, you will have a minimum of 18 years of HR experience with deep experience in Manufacturing or Semiconductors sectors. Possess strong organisational, analytical and influencing skills. Knowledge and understanding of local employment laws and regulations including unions. Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills/ Consistently exhibits high levels of discretion, integrity, and confidentiality.
