Our client is well regarded corporate bank long established in Singapore covering business in the region. There is now a rare opportunity for a dynamic human resources leader to lead the people agenda for its Singapore office and augment its HR capabilities to support its next phase of growth.

Responsibilities

This is a broad role covering HR and Admin closely partnering the CEO, business leaders and working with head office in developing and executing its country HR strategy to establish the bank as an employer of choice.  You will design and deploy an employee value proposition consistent with the bank’s mission, vision, values and behaviours; and adopt best practices across talent attraction and retention, talent management and development, rewards and benefits, and employee engagement.  You will be a culture champion and role model embodying the values and behaviours of the bank.

Requirements

You are degree qualified with demonstrated track record in HR generalist leadership roles gained in the banking or financial services in Singapore.  You are well-versed in Singapore’s banking regulations and labour legislations with a good appreciation of the talent market and developments in the banking and finance sector. You are strategic yet hands on with a bias for identifying and executing on opportunities for improvement.  You have a genuine interest in people, humility, high EQ, as well as strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
