We are excited to be partnering with a well-known global financial institution as they continue growing their presence in Asia. Our client is one of the most reputable names in the financial services industry and has been capitalising on macroeconomic changes to strengthen their balance sheet. As part of team expansion, they are now looking to hire a HR Operations Manager to join the team in providing best-in-class HR service to their Singapore employees.
This newly-created HR Operations Manager role is part of a larger team of 3 HR Operations professionals. They currently oversee the entire spectrum of HR operations across Asia – and are now looking to bring in a country specialist to oversee HR operations for Singapore and provide their Singapore team with best-in-class HR experience. You will support the Singapore team with full spectrum HR operations across payroll, benefits administration, tax reporting, on/off-boarding, and training enrollment. Apart from that, you will also be involved in global & regional HR projects relating to employee experience and HR process enhancement. This will definitely shape up to be a well-rounded role for someone passionate about HR Operations.
You should possess at least 6 years of solid HR Operations or HR Shared Services experience. You should be hands-on and familiar with the full spectrum of HR operations from payroll processing, benefits administration, and work pass applications. You must also be familiar with Singapore employment regulations.
