    Our Client is a leading retail store in Singapore and is now looking to hire a CRM manager.

    Reporting to the Senior Marketing Communications Manager, you will play a lead role in establishing the new CRM Capabilities for the Brand. Plan, manage and deliver CRM calendar to segment members. Drive members acquisition. Use data to understand insight, consumer segmentation. Analysis and reporting on campaigns effectiveness in terms of traffic, acquisition, conversion, retention and revenue.

    You must have at least 5 years of relevant work experience. Previous experience in CRM / data marketing. First-hand experience of the development and implementation of a successful CRM strategy with back-end system knowledge- Planning and analytical skills. The ideal candidate is self-driven, entrepreneurial, and able to work in teams.
