We are partnering an established FI in Vietnam, to identify a suitable CTO, to lead an experienced team of developers, business analysts, and project managers. The FI has significant market share in asset management, private wealth and securities and brokerage.

Responsibilities
Based in Vietnam, you will have oversight responsibilities over all critical technology applications from front end (Customer facing) to back end (CRM systems, settlement systems). The company is on the cusp of an enterprise-wide transformation and you will work closely with the Business teams to develop and deliver technology solutions.

Requirements
You have more than 20 years of Technology leadership experience within FI space, and are exposed to a dynamic, fast-paced working environment. You are a self starter and possess the ability to build and create. You are a strong communicator and can influence outcomes effectively.
