    Our client is a SaaS platform with global portfolio of clients and with massive business expansion in Australasia, they are actively hiring for a Customer Success Manager.

    Role

    Reporting to the Director of Sales, you are responsible for championing the software platform as a subject matter expert, implement, train and support new customers. Overall, you are to uphold and deliver high level of customer management service standards.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality or related fields
    • Min. 2 – 3 years experience in hotel operations and/or hotel technologies
    • Expereince in software implementations, business-critical support, CRM and ticket-management software
    • Highly organised, analytical, and exceptional attention to detail
    • Excellent interpersonal skills with good communication skills
